But right here in our own community, 339 children in District 303 are experiencing homelessness, and 2,335 students are considered socioeconomically disadvantaged. Behind these numbers are local families facing difficult choices between paying rent, buying groceries, and providing everyday essentials. Too often, it's the children who go without.

That’s where Big Hearts of Fox Valley steps in.

As a proud charity partner of District 303 and a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we provide critical support to local children and families facing financial hardship, including:

• Back-to-School Support — Backpacks and school supplies that help students start the year prepared.

• Christmas Gift Giving — Personalized gifts that bring joy to local children during the holidays.

• Rapid Response Assistance — Immediate help for children facing unexpected hardships.

• Everyday Essentials — Clothing, shoes, toiletries, and household necessities for families in need.

Because something as simple as a backpack, a meal, or a bottle of shampoo can change how a child shows up—in school, at home, and in life.
